Today I woke up and i had to have slept wrong because my neck and shoulder was killing me but today is cardio day so i still got up and went and did my cardio so the way i see it is if i can do it through pain nothing can get in my way.
Be careful! Just because you can work through the pain doesn't mean it's OK to do it, you can end up hurting something worse. I would definitely not lift weights if you're still in pain tomorrow.
