I'm 39 years old and have always been on the thin side. i'm currently at 5'9 and around 158 lbs. i'm trying to gain about 12lbs of muscle and weigh a lean 170. I've always had trouble putting on weight even when I was lifting weights at a young age. Does anyone have any suggestions while following the BFL plan?
Hi North344.. I am trying to gain weight. I increased around 5 kg (11 lbs) in last 3-4 week.
See page 120 of the book. Bill explains that if you are very lean and do not need to lose fat, you should double your Carb portion for meals 1, 2 and 3.
