Is anyone trying to gain weight?

  • I'm 39 years old and have always been on the thin side.  i'm currently at 5'9 and around 158 lbs.  i'm trying to gain about 12lbs of muscle and weigh a lean 170.  I've always had trouble putting on weight even when I was lifting weights at a young age.  Does anyone have any suggestions while following the BFL plan?

    See page 120 of the book. Bill explains that if you are very lean and do not need to lose fat, you should double your Carb portion for meals 1, 2 and 3.
