Everyone in the forum has been so upbeat and inspirational. I have enjoyed reading all of your posts. Yes I did work hard to reach my goal but I couldn’t have done it without you. We are a real TEAM. Just so you know what a successful group we are, I weighed today for the first time since we began this journey in January. I lost a total of 23 pounds and my size 4 clothes are baggy!! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT! My journey with yoyo weight gain will never end but I will never be any higher than the weight I am today! You truly instilled some wonderful habits in me. Thank you!
