Greetings from Washington, DC.  I'm not new to BFL however I am returning after a 10 year absence.  When I originally completed the 12 week program, I was amazed at my progress.  However times flies, we get lazy and here I am starting again.  I need all the help and incentives that this community can offer.  I really want to succeed so any words of encouragement, advice and camaraderie would be much appreciated.
