Making the mental commitment

    Had great success with Body for Life my first go round, then life happened and I lost sight of the wonderful habits I had created for myself.   Tried many other things but I've decided to return to what works best for me.  The posts are so inspiring and will check in as I prepare to start my 3 month journey
