This day is off to a good start!
Went to the new 32,000 square foot gym that just opened today at 6 AM - for aerobic.
5 min stretch
5 min treadmill warm up
20 min elliptical cardio
10 min stair master set to fat burn
Quick couple hundred calories burned into dust - and some fat! Yay!
Ate cottage cheese and a bowl of a protein/fiber, good carb cereal for meal #1.
Getting ready for meal #2.
This day is mine!

Bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder and a few glasses of water to keep my water intake on track today. Off in an hour to hit the gym for some intense cardio. Planning to push myself so that my 10 is a 9.0 (speed on treadmill) today. Looking forward to the sweat and burn, but a little nervous b/c I worked my legs really hard yesterday. I will do it though, and I will push harder than I did yesterday!
Today, I know without question that it is a good day and EVERYTHING will fall it to place! HOORAY!!!
Just got out of bed, feeling more tired then usual.
I have a 2 PM racquetball court scheduled for 2 PM, and then UBWO.
I am starting with 6 egg whites scrambled, with (2) whole wheat toast.
This day is going to happen.
I am going to make a good day.
Today is a rest day.
And, didn't make it.
I just had to go play racquetball!
I was feeling tired through the week, but somehow had a burst of energy to get out of the house to go do something.
I don't have anything in the house for free day food, except popcorn. And, half of a 1 pnd hershies w/ almond chocolate bar.
Guess that will just have to, do. haha
