has anyone tried juicing while doing bfl? I just bought a juicer, and the health and weight loss benefits are amazing. If you did do this during the challenge, I'm curious as to how. meals? recipe?
When you juice something you lose the fiber, which is a significant part of the good of fruits and veggies.
Juicing isn't "bad", it's just not the regular way you want to consume those things. It's great for things like wheat grass and fruit would make that nasty stuff palatable.
