WEIGHT LOSS FLUCTUATION DURING A CHALLENGE

  • I am posting my 12 week weight loss breakdown below for C2.  I think it is important for people to know that weight can and will fluctuate but if you stay the course the results will come, especially the newbies.

    Week 1 Weight 282
    Week 2 Weight 276.60 loss of
    -5.40
    Week 3 Weight 278.20 gain of 1.60
    Week 4 Weight 274.60 loss of -3.60
    Week 5 Weight 274.00 loss of
    -.60
    Week 6 Weight 269.00 loss of -5.00
    Week 7 Weight 270.40 gain of 1.40
    Week 8 Weight 269.80 loss of -.60
    Week 9 Weight 266.80 loss of -3.00
    Week 10 Weight 267.80 gain of 1.0
    Week 11 Weight 259.80 loss of -8.00
    Week 12 Weight 253.80 gain of 4.00
    Final Weight of 259.00 loss of
    -4.80

    For a total weight loss of -23 lbs even. Breaks down to -1.92 lbs per week
    4 of the 12 weeks were gains, 2 were moderate losses but 1/2 were losses.

    Since I started BFL in Sept 2009 and through 2 challenges, total weight loss of -51 lbs for avg weekly loss of -2.125 lbs. So as you can see the consistent part of the probram is that it will be a steady weight loss, slowly but surely especially for the BFL'ers who need to lose significant weight like myself

    I think that these are important facts so people do not get fixated on the scale. Hope this helps
