I feel a lot better mentally and physically!! Im starting to get in a routine and am now not only determined to complete this challenge but to win!!!!! LETS GO PEOPLE!!!!

I am here! I am finishing up my fourth week, and feel great. I think it takes the first three weeks or so to really "get it." I am feeling so much better about meal planning and my workouts. I am 1/3 of the way there.....yay!!!

This is my second time with the BFL challenge. I'm at the end of week 2. The first time was 5 years ago when I got pregnant with my 1st child (only made it to week 8 due to extreme morning sickness). Now my 3rd baby is 8 months old and I am committed to being a healthy Mom and raising healthy children. Happy to be here and feeling great so far! Started Aug. 30 at 144 lbs. and am now 137 lbs. I usually get up and 4:30 and work out in my garage with the baby monitor on. I already have more energy and the baby belly is starting to look much better. I will make it to 12 weeks this time!

Bay, Glad to hear you started!! I was feeling better after only a few days of BFL. Confidence and energy is up.
I am 2 1/2 weeks in and have lost 5 pounds! Have gotten into a good routine and it helps that my other half is doing it with me, so we meal plan together! Have only lost a percentage of body fat, so hope that changes up soon. Only issue we are running into is we are having a horrible time with low energy since we started. Oh well, perhaps our bodies are just adjusting. Started at 201 and am more motivated than ever to change! Now or never!

This is a GREAT post! I'm midway into week 2 of my BFL challenge. I had some eating slip ups but got some great advice on this forum on ways to beat the temptations! Not sure if I have lost any weight yet but I'm more concerned with loosing inches, gaining muscle tone and improving my self esteem.
My energy level has increased, mental clarity and ability to deal with stress has improved.
I enjoy the healthy diet and time at the gym. I haven't felt this good in a long long time. I still have a ways to go but I'm so happy with the changes I see and feel already that I won't give up!
I just started week 9 and feeling a bit tired but still going. I will post my 8 week pics so you can compare the diff. I currently have my week 1 and week 4 on my profile. I definitely saw more physical change from week 4 to 8 but I was also not as strict due to some traveling to sin city...
pal_bonds i can see a difference in your week 1 to 4 pics!! Keep up the great work
