Hey guys, just thought I would start us a new post, and see how many we still have fighting the good fight. I'm still here. Aren't we supposed to be seeing the 8-9 week miracle here soon?

I am still here!!!!! Had a blip last week due to the birthday week but managed to still get all workouts in - ok I drank more alcohol as usual and had a few more naughty foods than normal but I am still hanging in there. The miracle is starting to come, slowly and surely!!
