MENTAL PREP

  • JUST FINISHED 2 WEEKS AND LOST 6LBS, WHICH WAS MY GOAL.BUT I START A NEW JOB ON TUESDAY AFTER BEING UNEMPLOYED FOR OVER A YEAR.SO I'M SPENDING SOME TIME ON MY FREE DAY PREPARING FOR THE WEEK AHEAD, MENTALLY AND OTHERWISE.I WANT TO MAKE SURE I HAVE MY MEALS PLANNED OUT AND GYM SCHEDULE SET.I KNOW FREE DAYS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FREE OF BFL WORRIES BUT CAN'T TAKE THE CHANCE OF MESSING UP DUE TO LACK OF PREPARATION.GUESS I'LL GET IT OUT OF THE WAY EARLY AND HAVE A NICE RELAXING DAY OFF.
