hello everybody ..my name is jj im 28 and live in northeast arkansas...today will be my first day back on track..im currently 6 foot 1 241 lbs...but very broad so its hard to tell that i weigh what i do..but what im looking for is motivation just like the rest of us...also guidance as far as recipes for meals and if im consuming to much or not enough...my only problem is appetite..but i will be using phentermine to help(sorry if that offends anybody)..but male or female i look forward to your help with this program...i do have a lot to offer as have a high knowledge in supplements and weight training..im excited about this i thought bfl died off years ago..and it seems just as strong as it ever was...my yahoo tag is noelasu28 and look forward to adding some freinds to push each other through..
Congrats on taking the challenge! It really is an excellent program. Be sure to read read read the book and use this forum for support you'll do great.
My best advice is to pre-cook your proetins on Sunday then it's easy to grab and go for your six meals a day. I usually pre cook lean ground beef and also ground chicken breasts. Then I add my carbs usually microwaved yams, oats, carrots, or whole grain sprouted tortillas.
