I am just finishing up week 1. I am happy to report I cheated absolutely zilch on my diet the whole week. I am looking forward to my cheat day though. I have been very hungry over the last week at times. This will get better and the results alread, well, down 10 pounds of mostly water weight in my first week and already feeling much better.
It feels great to really be hitting it hard in the gym and I am getting used to cardio once again.
