Thanks - I'm going to print that for future use! :)
Karen - You've got great support from the forum and that's key!
Cravings are tough because we are giving up something that we've grown accustomed to.
Here's something you can try. I call it the SHOT GLASS Theory.
Basically say you crave soda, or chocolate, a frosty or whatever.
Now use the water that you are suppose to take with your meal, and then say you are still craving a soda. Drink your water and then take a shot of your favorite soda. This way your body gets what it needs and your taste buds are happy.
I did this in the beginning, but now in my 8th week, when I look myself in the mirror and ask,
Am I giving it my all?
Have I done everything possible?
And am I giving it every "Ounce" that I can?
Well as you can see, whatever answer you give yourself, you'll have to accept it.
So in the beginning find ways to fight the cravings (that's what Free day is for)
So good luck, hope this helps!

That helps a lot - thanks for the info!
I struggle with it all the time. It will pass but it will come back too. What I do is find something to do, anything to keep my mind from thinking about it. Take a walk, clean up something, just keep myself moving and busy, before I know it, it's time for my next meal.
Love you some you...PERSEVERE!
