Second week

  • My second week! Wow this is hard! But I am keeping my mind focus on 12 weeks, 11 to go! One question only. Do we have to eat breakfast and then exercise or not? I don't mean when we are doing aerobic or running the 20 mins. Do we?

  • if your goal is weight loss, exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. if your trying to bulk up, eating before weight lifting is a good choice.

  • A big negative on the exercising on an empty stomach. Your body needs fuel. How far does your car get when it's on E? Same principle. Eat a protein bar with water. Your body will love you for it & you'll see results.
