My second week! Wow this is hard! But I am keeping my mind focus on 12 weeks, 11 to go! One question only. Do we have to eat breakfast and then exercise or not? I don't mean when we are doing aerobic or running the 20 mins. Do we?

if your goal is weight loss, exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. if your trying to bulk up, eating before weight lifting is a good choice.

A big negative on the exercising on an empty stomach. Your body needs fuel. How far does your car get when it's on E? Same principle. Eat a protein bar with water. Your body will love you for it & you'll see results.
