I'll be starting my first BFL challenge on 1-7. I'm looking for anyone else who might be doing the same, to form support group, etc. Good luck to everyone else!
I started yesterday as well. Day 2 and my muscles are killing me, but starting is the hardest part I guess. I also discovered that the planning seems to be the key, and that there's lots more to that than I thought. Let me know how you progress and we can share the experience, painfull as it will no doubt be!
