I am getting a little crazy. I have not misses a workout since I started the challenge. I have three weeks left to finish the first of many challenges. I am encouraged by my clothes and how they are fitting. I was wondering if anyone in there 50's female had found the fat a little resistant.
Did you make it to the end? I have seen lots of posts regarding the "week 8 miracle" for women so you would have been just shy of that when you posted this. Have you read the Mike Harris document/collection of women's stories regarding this? If not - I'll send you the link.
