At the bottom of the page, hit "use rich formatting."  Once you are in that screen, there will be a tool bar across the top.  There is a box that resembles a frame/picture. Arrow over it and it should say insert image.  Hit that, and then browse your pics.  You will want to change the size to 250-300, and then hit insert.
