My name is Zach, and I am taking this summer to try to complete the Challenge for the third time! I came close last year, but crashed in the end. This time though, I am much stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I will be starting tomorrow morning, so who's joining me?

Dude i am on my fifth week of C3 and it been ok , i am travelling home tomorrow where i know i can eat properly as i work offshore ae food is oily and fatty, been training hard and feeling great, good luck my man keep us updated on your progress.
Lets do it, go hard or go home
Halfway through week 1, and I'm doing alright. Workout wise I know that my area of weakness right now is my upper body. I guess that's what I get when my favorite sport is endurance running! Eating is taking a little time to set up, but I think I finally got it all about straight. So far so good!
