Last week I feel like I hit the abyss and hit it hard but i said to myself to put the past in the past and look for tommorrow. and by doing that i have not missed a workout messed up a couple meals but that was because of some bad cicumstaces but im just gonna keep going.
that's right that's all you can do. One day at a time. Good for you!
thank you it seems like I can never get a full week in somtime I think it would be great if I did but I dont know what happens but I put it behind me and keep moving.
