working out while in pain!!!

  • Today I woke up and i had to have slept wrong because my neck and shoulder was killing me but today is cardio day so i still got up and went and did my cardio so the way i see it is if i can do it through pain nothing can get in my way.

  • Be careful! Just because you can work through the pain doesn't mean it's OK to do it, you can end up hurting something worse. I would definitely not lift weights if you're still in pain tomorrow.
