It seem like every week I hit some kind of wall wheather it is missing a workout or messing up my meal plan or not doing my mindset exercises it always happens once what should I do?
Try your best to stay focused on each day. Don’t worry about yesterday, don’t worry about tomorrow. Focus on your eating and exercise for today. When you successfully complete today then get ready for tomorrow. Trust me I know that it is nearly impossible to follow the routine the same way every day. I have had to make adjustments along the way. It has really helped me just trying to make every day count! Stick with it YOU can do it!!!
