Today is day 2 for me and so far so good. I'm nice and sore from the upper body workout and today I did my cardio on the eliptical (cross-trainer) and as it is summer her in Oz I sweated buckets!
My nutrition has been spot on and I'm feeling on track. Francine I agree with Flatliner - go for the 50's.
I was pushing 50's about 4 weeks in last time and I have no doubt you will get stronger fast on the program and wish you had.

Good for you! Today was my 2nd day and I had to catch myself when I got home. I almost reached for some chips and then I remembered I had a protein shake ready to drink. I pushed myself this morning on my cardio. I'm really glad for this forum. It helps to remind me throughout the day that I'm not the only one. Keep up the good work!
Today was a very stressful day, to much drama, eating didn't go so great and I definitely didn't get enough water in either, I did do my LBWO and that went really good tomorrow will be better. I am looking forward to my free day already not sure what I want for it, it's only a few days a way almost end of week 3 wow that went by fast. Thanks for the input about the weights.
