Doing great. I have been following the diet very well. I do a modified workout so I get more muscle growth which seems to work better for me. I do 5 sets of 5 reps per exercise and I do two different exercises per body part. Andi do two body parts per day.
My legs are KILLING me today from the workout 2 days ago. Then I did cardio yesterday. Then chest and triceps today plus 20 minutes cardio. Need to get some sleep now so I can heal. I find the foam roller helpful to loosen stiff muscles too. Since I'm 40 now thing tend to tighten up pretty easily :(
How about yourself? How are you doing? Do you follow the plan verbatim?
Good work. I follow the exercises as the plan. I am not as accurate about the food but am planning to improve.
Hey all, I am doing the exrcise every day, having to email a partner really helps me stay committed - accountability is powerful.
Frustrated at the weight staying the same but feeling good and getting stronger.
