Renee - you do realize you would have to eat between 7000 and 17500 kcals above your BMR to gain 2 -5 lbs hahaha. I may have done that though last weekend.
2 cups of ice cream
3 slices of chi deep dish
1 cheese burger and fries
a footlong subway sub
random other snacks throughout the day
I had to bust my butt all week to lose all that I think it took 4 days to get back to my free day weight
