Wow im at day 14 (my weigh day) and ive lost 1.4kgs!
week 1 weigh loss was 1.8kgs!
thats 3.2kgs gone in 14 days! its just so awesome
Ive had a blog from day 2 onwards which kinda tells you how im feeling and what it really like on this program
I have no pictures i would want to share but trust me Im blown away by my side profile i just want to go to week 3 before i share them.

Rock out! Great job! We must have started about the same time....I started 8/22 and am having my first 'official' weigh in day tomorrow on day 13. Going to have my free day tomorrow.

All right, Way to go. Remember what Bill states in his original book though that not ALL progress is measured by the scale only some of it. BOdy Fat and BMI are not usually measured by your average, run of the mill, scale so often found and used everywhere. Hang in there you're doing great!!!
James, Great job!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoo hoo! I saw your blog this morning, congrats. I took a before pic and a week 1 pic and noticed changes, especially the side view of my tummy. I too am waiting to post my results on my blog until week 4. Keep up the great work.

I agree about not looking at weight loss at the goal here ...But I'm pretty big to start with so its no surprise that running and lifting weights HAS made me lose a lot of weigh quickly...
Im just enjoying this MOST amazing ride with all of you onboard to guide me along the way and share in the success we are having!
