By the way, I am female, 5 foot 4 and 142 lbs.
Depending on what you want to lose I would start at 135 grams of each and as you lose lower it a bit. They say 1 gram per body weight but I think that is for maintainence so that once you get where you want to be you don't lose muscle mass.
