im in week 5 right now and im getting very discouraged. I went on vacation last week and needless to say gained about 3 lbs. The end of last week and beginning of this week I managed to lose the 3 lbs but Im still heavier than when i started the challenge and havent seen ANY changes before my slip up. My challenge ends the day before I go to cabo august 1st so im just really in need of some advice of how to get the results i want! Thanks
