Yeah blogger is being tempermental right now :(
Oooh....60 minutes. I used to think that I could never leave the treadmill and do the elliptical now I'm having a hard time going back to that elliptical. Next Tuesday I will hop on the treadmill and give that run a go. I may not be able to last 60 minutes but I'll aim for at least 45. Hopefully I'll have a break through soon and I'll report back. Thanks for all the ideas and support!!
You all are amazing :)
You can choose the pain of discipline or the pain of regret...
Like Power 90, I try muscle confusion. My trainer says it works. I've upped my weights, intensity, and I'm changing the type of exercise every day. One day I might do tread, next walking, next running. Not sure if you broke through...
Everyone provided you with great feedback, Sue. Here is my 2 cents anyway, which will sit well with what Champster said (but Champster please feel free to correct me on this one),
You are eating between 1200-1400. I believe if you are eating less than 1400 it will not be very conducive to your progress especially you have been doing this for so long. I read somewhere that between 1400-1600 on a high intensity program like this one is OK.
