I know beans are considered a carb, but can lentils, and or quiona* count as a protein. There is 10g of protein per serving. I'm not a big meat person, and I'm looking for a good substitute besides soy.
you say it has 10g of protein, but how many grams of carbs? I ususally counted mine as carbs. Except for edamame, the protein/carb ratio was the same. Those I considered a freebie supplement to my meal!
