    A single Myoplex Lite might not be enough, but two might be too much. Maybe try one and a half? Or go ahead and buy regular Myoplex now and save the Lites for after you have lost some of the weight.

  • Sounds great!  You might want to try and double your cooking on meal 4 and have the leftovers as meal 2 the next day.  That's what I do and it saves so much time!

  • I suggest you not rely so heavily on shakes, especially at first. They are convenient, but they also digest fairly quickly and may leave you feeling hungry quite a bit before your next meal. What about eggs and oatmeal for meal 1?
