A single Myoplex Lite might not be enough, but two might be too much. Maybe try one and a half? Or go ahead and buy regular Myoplex now and save the Lites for after you have lost some of the weight.

Sounds great! You might want to try and double your cooking on meal 4 and have the leftovers as meal 2 the next day. That's what I do and it saves so much time!
I suggest you not rely so heavily on shakes, especially at first. They are convenient, but they also digest fairly quickly and may leave you feeling hungry quite a bit before your next meal. What about eggs and oatmeal for meal 1?
