Another injury...GRRR!

  • Ok I did it...again! I hurt (strained) my back, doing abs I believe. I had a great LBWO on Friday, increased my weight, changed up the abs and felt Great! I felt nothing until Saturday evening, and have spent the entire day today on the couch (with ice and heat)! Tomorrow I am supposed to do my UBWO...should I skip it completely, do a light cardio...any suggestions?

  • If it's really painful, call your doctor. Otherwise I suggest a light upper body workout, taking care not to stress your back further. Wear a brace if you have one.

  • Good idea. I am feeling a bit better today. I was thinking of doing a light upper body like you suggested, laying on the floor for bench press instead of my ball (our bench is in the garage...and I'm in Michigan...not happening! LOL Thanks saralynn!
