Oh let me tell you. You will BE HUNGRY. I was hungry every 90 minutes. And I don't think there was an amount of food that would have satisfied me. It's just a time where you have to make up your mind that you are in control and that use your mind to tell your body that you are not gonna eat any extra food.
However, adding more green vegetables is something I would do to every meal to help hunger. After that, it's all up to the mind.
I still think if you feel truly starving it's time to add more food, you need it and you're not going to gain any weight, actually it'll probably help you lose it.
Add a bit more protein to your meals to start and see if that helps, I don't mean add lot's of stuff, it's just that I'm a firm believer when you are that hungry your body is telling you it needs more food, it kind of makes sense as if you've been exercising: weight lifting, with intensity for 9-10 weeks you are at a different stage than you were at week one, honestly I added more food..clean of course...as I couldn't stand the hunger and it caused me to lose more weight plus I just knew if I carried on being hungry I would end up binging in the end.
I do agree with Charlie that at one point there was no amount of food that would've satisfied but that passed.
