Thanks Bobby. It looks like this group really just fizzled out.
I would love to know how everyone else is doing?
Anyhoo. I got one more weekl to go, and am not very exstatic with my results so far. but hey. I certainly will not give up, and I said be4. I cannot wait for C3.
I am glad to hear all is still good on your side. Hope you still keeping strong.
Are you still loosing though?
KEEP MOVING FORWARD
Hi Bobby and Mel
I am on the mend now thank goodness. Haven't been able to do much other than eat right as the Docs have told me not to do anything until the 2nd week into January as they want my immune system to get itself back up and running properly :(
I am hating not being able to workout and do my cardio properly however I do cheat on their orders occasionally as I go for a little trot around!!! However at the moment with the snow and ice we are getting here hampers any sort of cardio except very careful walking!!! The joys of living in the countryside is that the roads never get gritted or salted!!
@Bobby - Hope you had a great birthday I raised a little toast to you dude. Will be back with you on the 22nd to start C2 properly (fingers crossed nothing happens between then and now!)
@Mel - don't beat yourself up, you haven't been well and remember we are putting our bodies under a lot of strain as it is without being ill on top.
Well this was just a quick check in to see how you are getting on and to let you know that I am still alive!! Do you want to set up a new group when we start again on the 22nd Jan? If so let me know what you are going to call it and I will join in.
Hope you are all ready for Christmas and have a great time. Will check in with you again as soon as I get some spare time!!!
Take care all, have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Luv Mandy (aka ChucklesUK)
TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER
I don't know where I got the 22nd of Jan as a start date- that's a Saturday! I am leaning towards the 17th of Jan as the starting day- we'll be complete on April 10. This gives us three weeks from today to get prepared for another challenge. What do you think?
Happy New Year!

Hey guys
Challenge 2 ended off horribly.
My body is certainly tired, and in the same way I am tired of being ill.
I am starting off Challenge 3 on 10 Jan so just 1 week ahead of you. But will still be there to check in.
I really feel that I cheated through this challenge, and just feel like calling it Challenge 2 all over again.
Not much changes, if anything I think I gained centimeters.
So let's just say I am starting Challenge 2 on 10 January 2010.
Currently on active rest and guess what, have flu once again. this time I have lost my voice.
I am doing some serious research on multivitains, that work more effectively this time. I have no time to get sick this time around...
Hope you all enjoy the rest of your AR, Hope you had a cheerfull and blessed Xmas, and may the new year celebrations be safe and fun.
Keep well...
Mel
Hi guys
Yep Bobby 17 Jan sounds good to me to. Mel I know what you mean I have been on the scales and put on 2 lbs since I stopped everything (on doctors orders) nearly 3 months ago now which is not all that bad considering I have eaten crap and drunk what I like. However I am ready to get back on this properly. I will probably be starting it gently from this week onwards until the start date of 17th Jan 11 then am going to go for it again. Fingers crossed no illnesses this time!!!
Had a great Christmas thanks Mel, hope you had a great on to and also you Bobby, how did the birthday celebrations go?
Well lets all get more powerful and kick ass from Jan onwards!
Mandy
