When I began this challenge, one of my goals was to gain 10 - 15 lbs of healthy weight. I am following the program to the letter. I'm on day 53 and have gained five pounds so far. With only a month left, I want to strive to meet my goal of gaining at least 10 pounds. But, I want to do it in a healthy way. Any suggestions? Thanks!
