Help, I have fallen off track with my eating and exercise has been.. non existant except for walking!. Its been a week now and today I have finally decided to get back onto the horse.
I won't use excuses but .. my work has been incredibly crazy and it doesn't look like things will be changing so I will have to alter some of my initial plans. Any advice please or anyone want to volunteer to be my ass kicker, please!
Today is monday and a new week. No more excuses just start right now. You see the problem and now adjust it. Eat clean and BFL approved and get to the gym or home gym tonight.
