I'm currently in C1W11D2 and am in Japan on a weeks vacation. I wanted to do this blog to keep me on track as much as possible through this last few weeks and to stop me falling for the what the heck voices and usual holiday gluttony.
Food is actually going to be pretty easy i think as they eat so healthily out here its just motivating myself to get my workouts in on holidays.
3 hours walking
Meal 1 Buck wheat noodles with egg in chicken stock
Meal 2 Low fat low carb protein bar and an apple
Meal 3 Chicken salad
Meal 4 Egg white, protein shake and cucumber
Meal 5 One piece of sardine sushi, silverfin fish, and egg rolls
Meal 6 Egg whites and low fat yoghurt drink
I've got low fat yoghurt and protein shake for meal 1 tomorrow. Gona get up and do my upper body workout with dyna bands at the park over the road.
