I am just starting my hundredth try at my first challenge. Is anyone doing or completed the challenge who was an exercise avoidant? Actually maybe even hated exercising? Any tips?
Well, when I started BFL I weighed 300 pounds so I was avoidant to every thing but crappy food... :o)
Change your mindset, learn to love the empowerment you get from improving your physical fitness level. Make sure you doing this for something other than "to look good" that needs to be secondary.
And enjoy the journey. Change is uncomfortable so get comfortable being uncomfortable.
