I'm starting the BFL challenge tomorrow. I play Ultimate Frisbee (which involves a lot of running, if you haven't played before) in a league, one evening a week. Do I count that as my aerobic exercise, or should that be in addition to my regular workout? And if I do both, should I lift weights or do aerobics the mornings of my games? Thanks!
IMHO - your Frisbee night would be considered extra. Try to do the HIIT cardio and Strength workouts as stated in the plan. Remember to take a "meal" with you to eat while you play if it takes you through mealtime. I notice I need to eat a wee bit sooner following some extra cardio. You will get to know what fuel your body needs as you go along. Have fun! (tell your friends to throw the frisbee TO you so you dont have to run so much! lol)
