Soreness
goskins8
Last week was my first week. My legs were so sore by Friday that I could barely walk. I did not go to the gym Friday, Sat. or Sun. I went back today (lower body day) and had a great workout. I am worried that with two lower body days this week and the aerobics, that I may end up in the same situation...

Starting Over With Back Problems
mondello
Last July I woke up one morning with a backache that wouldn't go away. By August I decided to see the Doc. X-rays revealed nothing and I was sent to Physical Therapy to no avail. I did continue with my exercise program in spite of the pain. Then in October the pain morphed into a shooting pain from...

HIIT Swimming Routine?
andini
I am currently injured - stress fracture on my ankle - and can only bike and swim for cardio. I am starting BFL tomorrow (wish me luck!) and was wondering if anyone has done a swimming HIIT routine.... I am not sure how to do HIIT in the pool (and p.s. I am not a very strong swimmer). Anyway, any advice...

Same Exercise?
Sammee
This question if for the BFL veterns. For the duration of BLF, do you do the same exercise every time? For example, on the upper body days for the chest muscle group, do you do dumbbell bench press for the first 5 sets, then dumbbell flye for the last intense set, every time you do an upper body day...

My legs have generally been weak due to lack of exercise in the past. I have been following BFL for two weeks now and the only part I dont quite understand is that the day after my lower body workout my leg muscles have not yet recovered and I have to do cardio which I find difficult. While doing my...

Heavy body without a heavy heart

Had LBWO on Wednesday, and finally all those emotions came up and allowed me to cry when I got home. I am so dang heavy, and my muscles have gotten so weak over the years, that the lower body workouts are just incredibly hard. I can hardly do squats and lunges, I don't even need to hold dumbbells...
