If anyone would be willing to post their weight workouts and exercises I would really appreciate it. I need some new ideas. Also, how does everyone complete the ab portion of the lower body workout? Do you use weights with it or just complete the reps? Thanks for the info!

Hand and Forearm Fatigue
I've been trying to lift some heavier weights during my upper body workouts and I feel that I don't have the strength in my hands and forearms to lift that heavy but the part of my muscle (for instance triceps) is not as fatigued by the end of my reps. Does any one else have this issue?

Skipping / Jump Rope for Cardio
Hi there I was thinking about trying skipping for cardio. I know cardio is a 20 min interval training session, but as a beginner skipper...I would like to gradually get up to 20 mins. Has anyone got a good intro skipping routine, that is interval based? I need a few ideas. Thanks Pam

Very Stiff In Spite of Stretches. HELP!

Do weights trump cardio?
This question relates to an earlier post concerning missing a gym day. If I miss a strength-training day is it better to forget about it and do cardio the following day, or do 2 days of strength training in a row to make up for the missed day? I thought the whole point of B4L's gym routine...
