m4- 5.5oz round steak, 6oz sliced potato w/1tbsp olive oil (baked. Tastes like French fries) 170g romaine with 28g Caesar light dressing.

I will be starting my BFL C5 in April whatever the official start date is this year and end date (not posted just yet). Waiting for the local gym resolutionists to flock back to their couches.
