Last night we went on a 2 1/2 mile walk...2 reasons why it was short..lol.  1. We started late and it was getting dark early.  2. I was still so sore from Tuesdays Leg workout and then the bike ride, I was WHIMPY!!!..lol

This morning I did Beast Cardio and Abs.  It was more like I rolled out of bed, crawled downstairs...and then got a wake up call from Sagi...lol
