What to do? My hip started really bothering me last week during cardio and by Friday it was hurting really bad. Should I back on cardio? I am really annoyed about it! I have seen such improvements I don't want to stop!
You will have to test your flexibility on your calves, hamstrings, and tensors. Very specific stretches will help. For now, do cardio using the bike. If you need more info write me and I will send you the links.
