Calling all BFL runners!!!!! I started BFL March 2011 at 200 pounds and walking, well now I am 139 and running!
My struggle has been with food and exercise and how to keep my carbs up but not turning to fat. The new runners world magazine states that our carbs should be 55%. I cannot seem to get mine over 35%.
I also would like to drop another 10% body fat and another 5 pounds weight so I would love to chat. I am an extremely picky eater so please have an open mind about my food choices. haha
