Hey BFL Family,
Today is my first day of the Challenge (yay me!!!) but one question still lingers. I know the chart stated to start your UPWO on the first day but since this question plagued me, I started with my cardio today. My resources are limited as far as dumbbells are concerned, so my question is: could I essentially get the same effect using resistance bands? Hopefully this isn't a dumb question or hasn't been asked previously but still wanting to know regardless. Thanks in advance.

I got a cheap set of dumbells at walmart for 20 dollars. They have been working well for me for the first 21/2 weeks. I would think if your just starting out that the bands would work fine, but you will "outgrow" them as you progress.
