I was wondering what you all think of throwing 2 workouts into one day. If I miss a workout is it ok to do an LBWO and Cardio 20min solution on the same day? Do you think I need to just make the missed workout my free day and hit the next 6 days right in a row?
It's fine but just understand that one of the two will suffer. I would do the LBWO first. Your problem will be lack of glycogen in your muscles. So don't be surprised if you are dragging butt by the end of your HIIT.
