High weight/low rep workout

  • Hi,

    I've been doing BFL on/off since about half way through January. I've had a few weekends/weeks off but I've still gotten down to about 9% body fat. Now that I'm roughly at my goal I want to start bulking up a bit faster. I've heard that using higher weight and less reps makes your muscles get bigger faster...just wondering if this is true? and if it is does anyone know what amount of reps I should use? I read it somewhere on the Hussman website but that isn't working for me anymore for some reason :(
