Im already doing 2 les mills bodypump sessions a week and 3 les mills RPM sessions a week, im an instructor so i need to do these classes. My goal is to lose 7 kgs of fat.
What are your thoughts on doing my classes and bringing in the BFL nutrition or should i still do my classes as well as more exercise?
Looking forward to hearing the answer on this. My plan for this program is to do 3 bodypump sessions a week (in lieu of the weightlifting sessions outlined by BFL) and I'm a runner so I'll do hour-long plus runs for cardio 3 days. I was wondering if the bodypump classes are "enough" weight lifting to count?
